Solution Focused Legal Advice for Families & Individuals Going Through Change.

Change is Inevitable...

How you deal with that change is what truly impacts your life.

At ATW Family Law, we help individuals and families going through change to navigate the often-complex process of dealing with the legal system.

We do this by providing solution focused advice to assist our clients in arriving at outcomes which meet their needs and circumstances.

As no doubt many of you are experiencing changes to your work arrangements, we are also making some changes to how we work to keep everyone safe in the current environment.

Covid-19 Update

As COVID-19 restrictions ease, various members of our team are working in the office, at home, and in a combination of both. To ensure the safest office environment for you we provide hand sanitisers, face masks and undertake regular cleaning of the office.

We are happy to meet with you in person, or by telephone or video-conferencing and our Mediators are continuing to undertake Mediations face to face, by telephone and by Zoom.

Court matters are being conducted primarily by telephone and video-link and we will keep you informed as to the arrangements for your specific Court case.

Please call or email if you have any questions or concerns.
