With over 35 years' experience in Family Law, and having been accredited as a Specialist in Family Law for over 25 years, Jane is a highly experienced Family Lawyer. Jane, over the years, has been involved in a variety of Family Law matters involving corporate structures and trusts and complex parenting issues and relocation cases.
Jane has been appointed as an Independent Children's Lawyer in parenting matters on numerous occasions, advocating for the children's best interests.
Jane completed Mediation training in 2006 and has undertaken numerous Mediations. She has also had a background in conveyancing, probate, wills and general commercial work, as well as being trained as a Collaborative Lawyer.
Jane's general expertise and background, together with her Mediation and Collaborative training give her a significant expertise and understanding of property matters, children's and parenting matters.
With a wealth of experience behind her, Jane is very skilled in negotiations and is known for her ability to bring practical focus to matters and achieve a fair and workable outcome for her clients.
Jane is a recommended Family Law Mediator in the 2020 Doyle's Guide to the Legal Profession.
Jane is on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
